How shipping works?

For shipments we rely on the Paypership platform. The platform, thanks to the proprietary GOC® algorithm, automatically chooses the most efficient delivery solution for each individual shipment, evaluating the geographical area, time frame, rates and ancillary charges.

How long will my order take?

Italy: 1-3 working days

Europe: 2-4 working days

ITALY: free shipping for orders over 70,00€

EUROPE: free shipping for orders over 100,00€

Tracking

A unified tracking system that allows you to follow the evolution of the shipment step by step.

Please note customers will be responsible for any applicable import duties & taxes.

How can i pay for my order?

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Maestro, MasterCard. We also accept PayPal as a form of payment.

Can I return an item?

Yes, absolutely.

The opening of a file for a refund request must take place within seven (7) days from the delivery date.
